Legal Meet-Up Profile: Jennifer MacGeorge

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Court Buddy began hosting free monthly virtual Legal Meet-Ups to help people get advice from real lawyers on pressing legal topics. The Meet-Ups are run in a panel format, mediated by Court Buddy’s Chief Legal Officer Jennifer McGlone.
She asks the panelists questions submitted by you, our Court Buddy users.
Court Buddy’s next Legal Meet-Up will be held via zoom on June 26th at 1:00p.m. PT/4:00 p.m. ET. You can sign up online here or call us at (866) 999-9297.
Jennifer MacGeorge will be one of the panelists at Court Buddy’s June Meet-Up. She will answer questions on tenants’ rights, as well as trusts and estates issues.
A landlord-tenant attorney practicing in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas, MacGeorge says she wants to make sure renters aren't “taken advantage of by landlords who either do not know the law, or do not care about it.”
Born and raised in the Houston area, MacGeorge became interested in landlord/tenant law after a bad experience with a landlord in college.
MacGeorge believes it is important to ensure legal resources are accessible to all, especially in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Thus, MacGeorge Law Firm PLLC offers an “100% virtual law office” to reduce expenses and ensure everyone stays safe during these difficult times.
If you would like to learn more from Jennifer MacGeorge, the Meet-Up will be held later this week via zoom on Friday, June 26th at 1:00p.m. PT/4:00 p.m. ET.
