CB Direct Pay Gets Simpler And Faster For You
You spoke and we listened. Court Buddy is revamping its attorney-client payment exchange CB Direct Pay so that you can set up payment plans and make payments to your Court Buddy attorneys simpler and faster.
Beginning in October, Court Buddy is ending its partnership with PayPal and is entering a new partnership with Stripe (Lyft, Facebook, Amazon) to ensure that you can easily pay for each legal task (i.e. court appearance, court-related matters) that your Court Buddy attorney completes for you. Here are a few of the benefits for you:
-instantly pay for legal tasks;
-easily pay for single tasks or set up payment plans with attorneys;
-track the payment status of your tasks and release the funds to attorneys when tasks are completed;
-enhanced security features detects and prevents fraud; and
-securely save payment information for future payments (optional).
Our job has always been to make sure that you can pay for your a-la-carte legal needs at flat rates based on your budget. With this new partnership, we are ensuring that we continue doing that job for you.
Requesting and accepting payments outside of CB Direct Pay is prohibited. Failure to use CB Direct Pay will result in loss of protection of your funds and lack of evidence of proof of your agreement if a fee dispute arises.
